The Site provides information about our company, our products, our manufacturing capabilities, and our services.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bright Win LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China (without regard to its conflict of law provisions).
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, People’s Republic of China, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. Alternatively, you may wish to specify arbitration in a neutral location like Hong Kong or Singapore, which is common for international B2B agreements.
15. Changes to Terms Bright Win LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
